The Delegation of University of Bristol visited the Department of Chemistry on the morning of April 17, 2018. A friendly talk and exchange took place in Room 217 of the Old-Hall of Chemistry. Of the Delegation of University of Bristol Dr Erik Lithander, Vice-President of Bristol, Prof Charl Faul, Professor of Chemistry, Lorna Cuckow, Head of International Partnerships & Relations joined the meeting.
The meeting was presided over by Prof. Xun Wang, Chair of the Department of Chemistry. Prof. Lei Liu introduced the Department of Chemistry. Followed by Prof. HuaPing Xu and Prof. DongSheng Liu’s introduction of the areas of researches. The Delegation of University of Bristol discussed their interests and exchanged ideas. Both sides were looking forward to further in-depth talks of cooperation in the areas of common interest.
