Biography:
Sichun Zhang earned his B.S. (1990) and M.S. (1996) in Chemistry from Shaanxi Normal University, China, and Ph.D. (2000) from Northwest University, China. After postdoctoral training with Professor Huangxian Ju at Nanjing University (2000-2002) and Professor Xinrong Zhang at Tsinghua University (2002-2004), he joined Tsinghua University and promoted to professor in 2004. His recent research emphasizes on developing single cell analysis methods with mass spectrometry. His work has resulted in over 100 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters.
