Research Interests:

Heterogeneous and homogeneous catalysis, mainly on catalysts and catalytic processes in C1 chemistry, fuel chemistry, biomass conversion, environmental chemistry and synthesis of fine chemicals.

 

Current Research Subjects:

Catalytic oxidation of methane to syngas or formaldehyde/methanol;

Catalysts and catalytic process for i-C4 and lower olefin synthesis from syngas;

Catalysts and catalytic process for higher alcohol synthesis from syngas;

Catalysts and catalytic process for hydrogenolysis of glycerol to propanediols;

Catalysts and catalytic process for hydroformylation of olefins;

Novel methods for the immobilization of Rh-P,Pd-P homogeneous catalysts.
