Prof. Dr. Tong, received her Ph.D in the Department of Chemistry, Meisei University, Tokyo, Japan in March, 1992. She has worked in Tsinghua University since the April of 1992. Her research interests are focused on photoluminescence spectroscopy (fluorescence and phosphorescence) and molecular recognition based on absorption and luminescence probes, supramolecular structures and molecularly imprinted polymers. She gives lectures on “Instrumental Analysis” and “Analytical Chemistry” for undergraduated students of chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental and biology majors.
