研究领域

课题组的主要研究方向包括,发展各类半导体、金属、电介质低维纳米晶体的液相合成方法,研究纳米晶体的表面配体化学,并制备一系列可加工的液体墨水材料。通过规模化的旋涂或者打印等方法,将纳米晶体组装成大规模的固体薄膜材料,进一步加工制备柔性的场效应晶体管和存储器等各种半导体电子器件。我们主要关注低维纳米材料在多个领域中的规模化、低成本应用前景。
