研究概况

向宇课题组致力于核酸硫化学修饰新方法的开发,以此构建(1)基于化学修饰短链核酸的可控基因编辑系统、(2)蛋白互作共价短链核酸抑制剂的体外筛选技术,并(3)研究高等生物细胞内RNA硫代磷酸二酯的存在与潜在功能。
