2003.1 –今 清华大学化学系、有机光电子与分子工程教育部重点实验室,副教授。

2009.1-2010.2 美国 斯坦福大学化学工程系,访问学者。

1999.11-2002.12 清华大学化学系、有机光电子与分子工程教育部重点实验室,讲师。

研究方向

有机半导体薄膜光电特性、光电耦合器件及其界面;有机非晶半导体薄膜材料的有序化、有机薄膜场效应晶体管。
