The current research in the Lin lab focuses on the scalable synthesis of versatile nanocrystals in the solution phase and assembly of these nanostructures into macroscale thin films for flexible solid-state semiconductor electronics such as transistors and integrated circuits. One of the main aims is to explore possible ways for large-scale and low-cost applications of low-dimensional nanostructures in diverse technological areas.
